Elle Johnson is pretty sexy but is she more sexy than the success of Michigan football and basketball over the last 10 years?
Average final rank per S&P and Kenpom:
10-year average: basketball #30, football #21
Top 25: 6/10 basketball, 6/10 football
Top 10: 3/10 basketball, 3/10 football
Some notable difference in variance as basketball’s worst years (50, 70, and 74) have been much worse than in football’s (40, 42, 45) but it’s best years (4, 6, 7) have been better (6, 10, 13).
It’s great to be a fan to two top 10 programs. Are there any other schools on this level in both basketball and football? The only other candidates I can think of are Florida, Oregon, and a handful of Big Ten schools (OSU, MSU, Wisconsin).
