Kyle Bosch (#62, image via WV Gazette)

Former OG Kyle Bosch: Bosch, who starts at left guard for West Virginia, made 1 tackle in WVU’s 35-32 win over BYU.

Former WR/S Brian Cole II: Cole had 6 tackles and 1 forced fumble in East Mississippi Community College’s 44-42 win over Itawamba Community College.

Former RB commit Kiante Enis: Enis got into some pretty serious legal trouble and was arrested for alleged child molestation (LINK).

Former RB Derrick Green: Green had 2 carries for 3 yards in TCU’s 33-3 win over SMU.

Hit the jump for several more updates.

Former RB commit Damien Harris: Harries had 4 carries for 18 yards before leaving Alabama’s 48-0 win over Kent State with an ankle injury.

Former head coach Brady Hoke: Hoke’s Oregon Ducks lost to Colorado by a score of 41-38. They allowed 333 passing yards and 260 rushing yards to the Buffaloes, even though CU was still without starting QB Sefo Liufau after he was injured against Michigan. Backup QB Steven Montez (who was 0/7 against Michigan) went 23/32 for 333 yards, 3 TDs, and 2 INTs, along with 21 carries for 135 yards and 1 TD. Ouch.

Former LB commit Antonio Kinard: Kinard made 7 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, and .5 sacks in Cincinnati’s 27-20 win over Miami-OH.

Former CB Terry Richardson: Richardson had 1 tackle and 1 interception of QB Lamar Jackson in Marshall’s 59-28 loss to Louisville. That’s Richardson’s first career pick.

Former head coach Rich Rodriguez: Rodriguez and Arizona took #9 Washington to overtime before losing, 35-28. Starting QB Brandon Dawkins didn’t have a great day through the air (19/31, 167 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT), but he had 13 carries for 176 yards and 2 TDs on the ground. He’s averaging 130 rushing yards and over 2 touchdowns per game, along with 8.9 yards/carry.

Former OL/DL Tom Strobel: Strobel made 2 tackles and .5 sacks in Ohio’s 37-21 win over Gardner-Webb.

Les’ son is committed to the cornhuskers as a FB…. is he a target Jimmy wants? Making inroads with Les would go a long way toward working a flip I bet.

So Bosch, the left guard, made 1 tackle? Is this a good thing (assuming it was a tackle after an interception – that or a holding call 🙂 )?

I wonder if there will ever be a time where people say: (future version of) Wilton Speight didn’t have a great day on the ground, but he managed to throw for 300 yards and 3 TDs with high efficiency

Not yet, at least. My weekend and Monday were jam-packed, and I only had so much time to write. I’ve discovered that 3:30 p.m. games really cramp my style when it comes to having time to generate everything. I’m hoping to have time tonight to do an awards post for tomorrow.

Brady is a nice guy, good man, loyal to Michigan….. but he’s does not have good judgement and isn’t a great coach.

Brady to Oregon, that was a job he really needed to pass on. After the train wreck he had in A2, then taking a job that he will very likely fail miserably at and do so with a fair amount of media coverage…. That’s really a downer on the ol’ resume’.

He would have done himself much better by taking a step down head coaching job, back in the MAC.
