2018 CB Isaac Taylor-Stuart names Michigan to top group

It’s a top 16, so it’s not extremely narrowed down. But when it’s an elite talent like Taylor-Stuart, it’s at least something. The San Diego (CA) St. Augustine prospect is a 4-star, the #5 cornerback, and #32 overall.
