      There has been a lot of speculation on what position Brad Hawkins will play when he arrives in Ann Arbor. I was told today that the plan is to start him out at safety. Factoring into that decision was the lack of depth at Safety and the abundant talent at WR. Fairly straight forward and Hawkins likes the opportunity to play early.

      This is good news. We need explosive athletes on O, but may have it in our young 2016-17 classes. We are desperate in the secondary though, at Safety specifically

      Hopefully the two TrFr can redshirt, and Glasgow & Hawkins can backup our starters

      Good news. Though it felt inevitable, it’s nice that they’re not going to mess around too much. Michigan still needs to recruit a couple of potential safety/viper types in the ’18 class.

      Good news. Hawkins sounds like the type of kid who just wants to get out there and play.
