Bradenton (FL) IMG Academy offensive tackle Daniel Faalele is just a Michigan target right now, so normally an announcement wouldn’t be newsworthy from him. However, he has been chosen for the Under Armour Game, which I think is significant because he’s never played a snap of competitive football before. He’s about 6’9″ and 395 lbs. and moved to Florida from Australia, but apparently he’s already good enough to be deemed one of the top couple hundred players in the country. I’ve been a skeptic because there’s almost no film on him, but evidence is starting to mount that he’s a legitimate talent.
