Former NFL head coach and defensive coordinator Gunther Cunningham is now working for Pro Football Focus. I reference PFF sometimes (and so do others) when it comes to player grades, and this article gives some behind-the-scenes discussion of how the process works. There’s also some interesting stuff about Cunningham, who I didn’t realize wasn’t an American citizen until 2010.
