It has been discussed on two other boards recently and I have confirmed that Kemp has moved to DT (at least for now). Some comments were made by the coaching staff recently in articles regarding production from the SDE spot. They focused on production from the back up roles at SDE & WDE. A recent visitor on a recruiting visit also said that Kemp told him he had moved inside and that he needed to add weight to complete the move and compete for the starting role. So, chalk this up to a spring experiment for the moment and quite possibly long term.
