OFF THE BOARD

Chicago (IL) Phillips tight end Jahleel Billingsley committed to Alabama.

Hollywood (FL) Chaminade-Madonna wide receiver John Dunmore, a former Florida commit, picked the Nittany Lions last Wednesday. He was close to committing to Michigan when he took an unofficial visit in the spring, but without teammate Te’Cory Couch committed anymore, the Wolverines didn’t have much of a shot in the end.

Hightstown (NJ) Peddie School wide receiver John Metchie committed to Alabama. Metchie is transferring from Maryland to New Jersey for his senior season.

Bellflower (CA) St. John Bosco cornerback Chris Steele committed to USC. He’s the #39 overall player in the class and showed some early interest in Michigan, but that never translated to a visit.

Marrero (LA) Ehret linebacker Donte Starks committed to LSU.
