COMMITMENT
Reno (NV) Damonte Ranch quarterback Cade McNamara committed to Michigan (LINK).
Apopka (FL) Wekiva cornerback Renardo Green was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’0″, 170 lb. prospect with offers from Florida, Miami, and North Carolina, among others. He’s a 3-star, the #34 cornerback, and #404 overall.
Greenwich (CT) Brunswick wide receiver Cornelius Johnson was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’3″, 195-pounder with offers from Boston College, Notre Dame, and Pitt, among others. He’s a 3-star, the #73 wide receiver, and #762 overall. As a junior in 2017, he caught 22 passes for 361 yards and 6 touchdowns. He has camped at Michigan before, but his leader was thought to be Notre Dame.
Malvern (PA) Malvern Prep linebacker Keith Maguire, Jr. was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’2″, 215 lb. prospect with offers from Alabama, Clemson, Notre Dame, and Ohio State, among others. He’s a 3-star, the #27 outside linebacker, and #425 overall.

Nokesville (VA) Patriot offensive guard Jakai Moore was offered by Michigan. At 6’6″ and 295 lbs., his measurements make him sound like a tackle, but he plays more like a guard. With offers from Florida State, Miami, Ohio State, Penn State, USC, Virginia, and Virginia Tech, among others, he’s a 3-star, the #23 offensive guard, and #575 overall.
River Rouge (MI) River Rouge defensive end Ruke Orhorhoro was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’5″, 250-pounder with offers from Indiana, Iowa, Northwestern, and Wisconsin, among others. He’s a 3-star, the #60 weakside end, and #888 overall. He took a visit to Ann Arbor the junior day this past weekend, which is when the Wolverines coaching staff extended the offer. Orhorhoro’s teammate, 2018 safety Reggie Pearson, signed with Wisconsin.
Orange (CA) Lutheran tight end Ethan Rae was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’5″, 240 lb. prospect with offers from Arizona State, Cal, Georgia, Notre Dame, UCLA, and USC, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #7 tight end, and #197 overall. UCLA has both Crystal Ball picks so far, and that’s where former Orange Lutheran star Keisean Lucier-South, a highly valued Michigan target at one time, now plays.

Carlsbad (CA) Carlsbad linebacker Asa Turner was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’4″, 200 lb. prospect with offers from Oregon, USC, and Washington. He’s a 4-star, the #48 wide receiver, and #347 overall. I’m pretty surprised he’s listed as a wide receiver, so I’m going ahead and placing him at linebacker on the offer board. Also, he looks like he’s about 32 years old. But I really like him as a strong safety/outside linebacker (a.k.a. Viper).
OFF THE BOARD
Farmington Hills (MI) Harrison cornerback Rod Heard committed to Northwestern. Heard is ranked as the #24 player in the state of Michigan, and I don’t think we should be too upset about losing him to the Wildcats.
