You’re welcome. I thought it was a worthwhile video to watch, too. It’s not often you can say that for 15-minute videos.

Awesome stuff. How long do you think it would take you to make something like this? It was interesting enough that i watched it twice and now my wife is being bossy…

I agree that it was interesting. For me? It would take forever to make something like that, because I don’t mess around with videos and video editing software. It’s something I want to learn, but right now I don’t have those skills.

Great watch, but makes me hate we don’t have one more year with him… just one more and he could be ridiculously good

Question for Thunder: having watched this, and being familiar with Don Brown’s use of the Sam, does our replacement from here on out NEED to be as good as Jabril to contribute & be an asset to his Defense? Bown always has a strong D, and has never needed this level of freaky athleticism

No, I don’t think our SAM/Viper needs to be as athletic as Peppers. As the video showed, Peppers played a lot like a blitzing outside linebacker and a guy who set the edge of the defense. You still need to find guys who are good athletes, but let’s be honest – someone like Stevie Brown had a great year doing similar things in 2009 (80 tackles, 8 TFLs, 1 sack, 1 INT). Peppers had better overall stats in 2016, but he achieved those with better players around him, which freed him up for some of those additional TFLs and sacks. If every other position were to remain similarly talented, I think a guy like Khaleke Hudson should be able to put up comparable numbers.
