Notes: Claims 4.0 shuttle and 34″ vertical…247 Composite 3-star, #85 WR, #15 in-state, #481 overall as of 4/19/19
Stats: 53 catches for 964 yards and 7 touchdowns, plus 3 interceptions, as a junior in 2018
Strengths: Decent build to add size and strength…Solid route runner…Does a good job of setting up routes…Shows nice concentration to catch the ball in traffic
Weaknesses: Lacks suddenness and burst…Limited top-end speed…Needs to be more subtle with his technique to avoid being called for offensive pass interference…Does not adjust well to ball in the air
Overall: There was some talk earlier in his high school career that Yaseen could end up playing defensive back, but I do not think he has the instincts and change of direction to play in the defensive backfield. He appears to be a typical Northwestern-type receiver, a solid player without breakaway speed.

I can’t see where Michigan has offered to this player. What is this post about?

Michigan hasn’t offered him. These recruiting capsules are a rundown of the top in-state talent for 2020. Michigan has offered a bunch of them, but not Yaseen.
