OFF THE BOARD
Of the players below who committed elsewhere, only a couple are significant. Jordan Toles (LSU) goes to Baltimore (MD) St. Frances, where Michigan commits like Nikhai Hill-Green, Micah Mazzccua, and Osman Savage attend. And wide receiver Julian Fleming (Ohio State) was high on Michigan early, but the relationship faded, for whatever reason.
