Here’s an MGoBlue piece on Aidan Hutchinson following in his dad’s footsteps (LINK).
What do you think of Michigan State’s performance yesterday?
Was anybody really that confident in Michigan State after their kicker came running out like this ??? pic.twitter.com/FWa9cDulLC

Just for fun, here are some Saquon Barkley highlights from high school:

Running backs do matter!

I think Saquan Barkley mattered. Barry Sanders too. Maybe Najee Harris is another. He was after all the number 2 recruit in the country.
That was a helluva run he had. Deveon power with Denard speed. Awesome highlight.
Harris can back his claim to being an impact player by having a significantly better YPC in 2018 than the 2 other backs Alabama had. Both of them got drafted into the NFL too. Real rotation not just a guy inflating his numbers with long runs against weak competition.
Harris also, small sample size alert but still, outrushed them in the title game against Clemson. 6.6 ypc with a long of only 13 is impressive.
Must be why Alabama decisively bea…checks notes. Huh. Hmmm. Well.
I don’t know what to make of this. 3 elite running backs on one side. On the other side, the majority of snaps go to a pass-blocking specialist.
Undrafted in the NFL. Rated outside the top 200 as a recruit, ran for 1.7 ypc in the game.
Weird. I’ll have to think about his a little more.

We have a grinding back who happens to have 5-star talent. Pretty cool. Love the stuff in this article.

The level of grind, to put it in more common terms, that’s less common. I think he is a notch above most people his age in that regard.
With Zach playing both ways, that demands a certain level of grind.
When he gets into those hardest parts of the game, he’s not getting weaker he’s getting stronger because he’s trained his body to overcome the weaknesses.
I’ve never seen anyone get hit that hard before in my life
He’s not one of those kids who’s concerned about who knows what he’s doing

My comments on Harris also got filtered out. I think he’s probably really good and that run is awesome.
