Dorian Barney – CB – Carrollton (GA) Carrollton: Barney is a 6’1″, 180 lb. prospect with officials to Georgia Tech, Ole Miss, Penn State, and Texas A&M already out of the way. He’s a 4-star, the #14 cornerback, and #148 overall. This is an official visit and he plans to announce his college decision on July 5.
McHale Blade – DE – Chicago (IL) Simeon: McHale is committed to Michigan. This is an unofficial visit since he already took an official to Ann Arbor.

C.J. Hester – RB – UMass: Hester is a 5’10”, 190 lb. running back who started his career at Western Michigan in 2023 and transferred to UMass in 2024. Coming out of Cincinnati (OH) Wyoming, he was a 3-star, the #113 running back, and #1702 overall, and his offer list was made up entirely of MAC schools. He ran 28 times for 132 yards and 2 touchdowns as a freshman Bronco, and as a Minuteman in 2024, he was #2 on the team with 119 carries for 529 yards and 4 touchdowns. Michigan is pursuing him as a potential replacement for Benjamin Hall, who announced a few days ago that he was entering the portal.

Khary Adams – CB – Towson (MD) Loyola Blakefield: Adams is a 6’2″, 175-pounder with officials planned for Notre Dame, Oregon, Penn State, and South Carolina. He’s a 4-star, the #10 cornerback, and #76 overall.
Dorian Barney – CB – Carrollton (GA) Carrollton: Barney is a 6’1″, 180 lb. prospect with officials set for Georgia Tech, Penn State, and Texas A&M. He’s a 4-star, the #14 cornerback, and #117 overall.
J.J. Finch – DT – Indianapolis (IN) Warren Central: Finch is a 6’3″, 260 lb. prospect who’s the son of former Michigan commit Jerimy Finch, a safety who played for Florida and Indiana. The younger Finch is a 3-star, the #43 defensive lineman, and #435 overall. Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee are slated to get official visits, and Michigan is trying to join that list.
Brody Jennings – CB – Jacksonville (FL) Mandarin: Jennings is committed to Michigan. He’s a 4-star, the #23 cornerback, and #269 overall.

Tyson Bacon – DT – Hoover (AL) Hoover: Bacon is a 6’3″, 263 lb. player who has been committed to Tennessee since last October, but he has officials lined up to Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Washington, and finally Tennessee. Michigan would like to be added to the list or to bump someone else off, because Bacon is a 4-star, the #32 defensive lineman, and #274 overall.

He’s a 4-star, the #12 cornerback, and #111 overall. His lone official visit so far has been set up for Florida State. He has already been selected to participate in the Polynesian Bowl.
Brian Bonner – RB – Valencia (CA) Valencia: Bonner is a 6’1″, 185-pounder with offers from Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame, and Washington, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #8 running back, and #99 overall. He has set an official for Washington.
Suwanee (GA) Peachtree Ridge cornerback Dorian Barney was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’1″, 170-pounder with offers from Alabama, Georgia, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and Oregon, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #5 cornerback, and #42 overall in the class.
Frisco (TX) Heritage wide receiver Tatum Bell, Jr. was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’0″, 180 lb. prospect with offers from Houston, Minnesota, Oklahoma State, and TCU, among others. Ranked as a 3-star, the #56 wide receiver, and #378 overall, he’s the son of former Oklahoma State and NFL running back Tatum Bell, a 2nd round pick back in 2004 who played for the Broncos and Lions. He was another in a long line of “Literally Any Shanahan Running Back Can Run for 1,000 Yards,” a list that includes Terrell Davis, Olandis Gary, and Mike Anderson.
Panama City (FL) Bay tight end Javar Bowden was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’5″, 185-pounder who may or may not eventually be a tight end; perhaps he’ll just be a jumbo receiver in college. He’s a 3-star, the #16 tight end, and #330 overall with offers from Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, and Mississippi State, among others.
