Here are some bits from umbig11 on spring practice so far.

      – JBB is holding his own at LT from a couple close to it.
      – They love Runyan’s athleticism.
      – Filiaga, Hudson, and Stueber are getting some reps at LT too. They want to find the LT first. They know JBB can play RT, so they are going to plug all those guys in there to find out.
      – McCaffery is having a very good spring. He’s neck and neck or ahead of Peters.
      – Higdon has separated himself at RB, but he needs to keep on being aggressive.
      – Mason is getting some different looks in the offense (not sure what that means just yet).
      – Same with Paye on defense.
      – Uche right now is the preferred 3rd down specialist.
      – Oliver Marin is having a great spring!
      – Moore TE coach is working hard with TE’s, especially with Gentry on how to get position on defenders in the red zone. Like posting someone up in basketball. They want him to use his size more effectively.
      – Marshall playing well in a back-up role. At one point UM coaches questioned whether he wanted to play football. He has matured the past 2 yrs, changed his attitude and approach and has really been a big part of the depth at DT. Look for him to play an even larger role this yr.

I’m sure we all appreciate and are starved for camp info, but this info was also posted at GBMWolverine two days ago…

I mean, almost the exact same words, in the same paragraphs, and in the same order (minus numbered bullets)

      GO BLUE
