The Johnson thing started well over a year ago related to Mitchell. It seems he was given a chance (or a few) to get back in line but it didn’t work out.

It’s always been strange to me that people let extracurricular activities get in the way of their career, profession, schooling, etc., but I guess Mitchell and Johnson aren’t the only ones.

Sometimes kids think they can get away with stuff or just don’t have the discipline to not do stuff they want to do at a given moment. From the grown man perspective, it’s baffling, but most of us were there in some form or another as teenagers.

i figured theyd get medical redshirts for guys like long, eubanks, etc but looks like theyre listed as sophs. if thats the official roster, i guess thats the way harbaugh wants it. or maybe those guys will be considered 2016 redshirts down the line when theyre entering 4th or 5th year and its necessary to do so. is it a situation where they dont address medical redshirts until its absolutely necessary?
