NOTE: I keep lists several weeks ahead of time, so these players were scheduled to visit Michigan. Due to the coronavirus, these visits are obviously not happening, but it still shows who is/was interested in the Wolverines.

2021

Landyn Watson – DE – Hutto (TX) Hutto: Watson is a 6’3″, 235 lb. prospect with offers from Arkansas, Michigan, Texas Tech, and Virginia Tech. He’s a 4-star, the #16 weakside end, and #294 overall. He has 50% of crystal balls for LSU, but the Tigers don’t seem to be a serious option right now.

Jah-mal Williams – DE – Fort Lauderdale (FL) Cardinal Gibbons: Williams is a 6’4″, 215-pounder whose only offer I know of comes from the Wolverines.

ADDED TO THE BOARD: 2021

Nick Elksnis – TE – Jacksonville (FL) Episcopal: Elksnis is a 6’5″, 220 lb. prospect who decommitted from Penn State. He’s a 3-star, the #15 tight end, and #379 overall. He’s now expected to commit to Florida, though.

Logan Fano – LB – Provo (UT) Timpview: Fano is a 6’4″, 220 lb. linebacker who decommitted from BYU. He’s a 3-star, the #32 outside linebacker, and #413 overall. Washington could very well be in the driver’s seat right now.

Hit the jump for some updates on 2022 and 2023 kids, too.

Raheem Anderson II – C – Detroit (MI) Cass Tech: Anderson is a 6’3″, 298 lb. prospect with offers from Kentucky, LSU, and Michigan, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #3 center, and #211 overall. It has been a few classes since Michigan signed a Cass Tech player (2017, to be exact) for whatever reason, but Michigan has 60% of the crystal ball picks.

Josh Bryant – RB – Middletown (OH) Middletown: Bryant is a 5’10”, 192-pounder with offers from Akron, Ball State, and Miami-OH. He’s a 247 Sports 2-star, the #124 running back, and #1559 overall.

Myles Hinton – OT – Norcross (GA) Greater Atlanta Christian: Hinton is a 6’6″, 308-pounder who is committed to Stanford. His brother Chris is a Michigan defensive tackle, and Myles has visited several times this year, largely to see his brother. There’s an outside chance that Michigan can flip him.

Jayson Jones – DT – Calera (AL) Calera: Jones is a 6’6″, 340 lb. prospect who has been committed to Alabama since June of 2018. He has long insisted that he would take a visit to Michigan, even though some have doubted whether it would happen or not. He’s a 4-star, the #18 defensive tackle, and #174 overall.
