2025 Spring Game Visitors

TRANSFER PORTAL

C.J. Hester – RB – UMass: Hester is a 5’10”, 190 lb. running back who started his career at Western Michigan in 2023 and transferred to UMass in 2024. Coming out of Cincinnati (OH) Wyoming, he was a 3-star, the #113 running back, and #1702 overall, and his offer list was made up entirely of MAC schools. He ran 28 times for 132 yards and 2 touchdowns as a freshman Bronco, and as a Minuteman in 2024, he was #2 on the team with 119 carries for 529 yards and 4 touchdowns. Michigan is pursuing him as a potential replacement for Benjamin Hall, who announced a few days ago that he was entering the portal.

2026

Khary Adams – CB – Towson (MD) Loyola Blakefield: Adams is a 6’2″, 175-pounder with officials planned for Notre Dame, Oregon, Penn State, and South Carolina. He’s a 4-star, the #10 cornerback, and #76 overall.

Dorian Barney – CB – Carrollton (GA) Carrollton: Barney is a 6’1″, 180 lb. prospect with officials set for Georgia Tech, Penn State, and Texas A&M. He’s a 4-star, the #14 cornerback, and #117 overall.

J.J. Finch – DT – Indianapolis (IN) Warren Central: Finch is a 6’3″, 260 lb. prospect who’s the son of former Michigan commit Jerimy Finch, a safety who played for Florida and Indiana. The younger Finch is a 3-star, the #43 defensive lineman, and #435 overall. Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee are slated to get official visits, and Michigan is trying to join that list.

Brody Jennings – CB – Jacksonville (FL) Mandarin: Jennings is committed to Michigan. He’s a 4-star, the #23 cornerback, and #269 overall.

Nick Abrams II – LB – Owings Mills (MD) McDonogh: Abrams is a 6’2″, 215 lb. prospect with offers from Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Oregon, Penn State, and others. He’s a 4-star, the #15 linebacker, and #213 overall.

McHale Blade – DE – Chicago (IL) Simeon: Blade is a 6’4″, 245-pounder with offers from Florida, Georgia, Miami, Michigan, and Notre Dame, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #21 defensive lineman, and #185 overall.

Davion Brown – WR – Richmond (VA) Trinity Episcopal: Brown is a 6’3″, 185 lb. wideout with officials set for Duke, Georgia, Penn State, and Virginia Tech. He’s a 4-star, the #29 wide receiver, and #180 overall.

Tariq Boney – DE – Washington (DC) St. John’s: Boney is a 6’2″, 230 lb. prospect with offers from Auburn, Georgia, Michigan, Penn State, Tennessee, and Texas A&M, among others. He’s a 3-star, the #76 edge, and #916 overall.

Jamarion Carlton – DT – Temple (TX) Temple: Carlton is a 6’4″, 238-pounder with official visits scheduled for Arizona State, Baylor, LSU, SMU, and Texas A&M; he’s a 4-star, the #1 defensive lineman, and #39 overall, a borderline 5-star prospect. He has been selected for the Navy All-American Bowl for next January.

Anthony Davis, Jr. – LB – Loganville (GA) Grayson: Davis is a 6’2″, 200-pounder with officials set to Alabama and Auburn, and he also has offers from Clemson, Michigan, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Oregon, USC, and others. He’s a 4-star, the #20 linebacker, and #297 overall. With 105 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, 3 sacks, and 1 interception as a junior in 2024, he has been invited to the Under Armour All-American Game.

Jordan Deck – S – Frisco (TX) Lone Star: Deck is a 6’1″, 190 lb. prospect with officials set for Baylor, Michigan, Ole Miss, Penn State, and USC. He’s a 4-star, the #22 safety, and #287 overall. His official visit for Ann Arbor is planned for May 30.

Leo Delaney – OT – Charlotte (NC) Providence Day: From the alma mater of Jadyn Davis and Channing Goodwin, Delaney is a 6’6″, 280-pounder with officials planned for Clemson, Michigan, and Tennessee. He’s a 4-star, the #8 interior offensive lineman, and #132 overall.

Brayden Fogle – TE – Mansfield (OH) Lexington: Fogle is a 6’3″, 225-pounder with officials set to Auburn and Georgia, and he also holds an offer from the Wolverines. He’s a 4-star, the #10 tight end, and #215 overall.

Kaiden Hall – S – Milton (FL) Milton: Hall is a 6’3″, 195 lb. prospect with officials set for Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Oklahoma, and Penn State. He’s a 4-star, the #12 safety, and #146 overall.

Jaziel Hart – CB – Roanoke (VA) North Cross: Hart is a 5’11”, 170 lb. prospect with officials set for Michigan, Penn State, Tennessee, and Virginia Tech. He’s currently unranked but with his offer list, he definitely should be.

Tyson Bacon – DT – Hoover (AL) Hoover: Bacon is a 6’3″, 263 lb. player who has been committed to Tennessee since last October, but he has officials lined up to Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Washington, and finally Tennessee. Michigan would like to be added to the list or to bump someone else off, because Bacon is a 4-star, the #32 defensive lineman, and #274 overall.

Dorian Barney – CB – Carrollton (GA) Carrollton: Barney is a 6’1″, 180 lb. prospect with offers from Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and Oregon, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #12 cornerback, and #111 overall. His lone official visit so far has been set up for Florida State. He has already been selected to participate in the Polynesian Bowl.

Brian Bonner – RB – Valencia (CA) Valencia: Bonner is a 6’1″, 185-pounder with offers from Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame, and Washington, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #8 running back, and #99 overall. He has set an official for Washington.

2027 Recruiting Update: March 25, 2025

ADDED TO THE BOARD: 2027

Odebolt (IA) Odebolt-Arthur athlete Jaxx DeJean (5-star, #3 ATH, #21 overall) was offered by Michigan. If the name sounds familiar, that’s because he’s the younger brother of former Iowa Hawkeye defensive back Cooper DeJean, who recently had a pick-six for the Philadelphia Eagles against Patrick Mahomes in the Super Bowl. Jaxx is a 6’6″, 205 lb. prospect with offers from Iowa, Kansas State, UAB, and UNLV.

Denver (NC) East Lincoln tight end Jaxon Dollar (unranked) was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’5″, 208-pounder with offers from Cincinnati, Florida State, Penn State, and South Carolina.

Sacramento (CA) Grant Union tight end Rahzario Edwards (unranked) was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’6″, 210 lb. prospect who has fielded offers from Florida, Ole Miss, Oregon, Stanford, Tennessee, and USC, among others.
