Wide receiver Amara Darboh was picked by the Seattle Seahawks in the 3rd round (#106 overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft.
Darboh put up better numbers at the NFL Combine than expected, but this is still a little bit higher than a lot of people thought (including me). He seemed like a 4th or 5th rounder, but good for him. He’s a very likable guy, and I hope he can chisel out a decent career. In Seattle he’ll join Delano Hill, who was picked earlier in the 3rd round.

Seems high for Darboh but he had a nice career at Michigan and tested well.
One thing that may have played to his advantage is that he can likely contribute as a backup from day 1. The question I have is if he’ll ever be anything more than that.
