Theo Johnson – TE – Windsor (Ontario) Holy Names: Johnson is a 6’4″, 235 lb. prospect with offers from Boston College, Cincinnati, Penn State, Syracuse, and a bunch of MAC programs. He’s a 3-star, the #10 tight end, and #452 overall. He claims a 4.67 forty.
Tate Mackenzie – OT – Ypsilanti (MI) Lincoln: Mackenzie is a 6’8″, 310 lb. prospect with one lone other offer, that one from Toledo. He is currently unranked by 247 Sports.
Marcus Rosemy – WR – Fort Lauderdale (FL) Saint Thomas Aquinas: Rosemy is a 6’0″, 178 lb. prospect with offers from Florida, Florida State, Miami, and Ohio State, among others. He’s a 5-star, the #5 wide receiver, and #29 overall. He claims a 4.84 forty, a 4.34 shuttle, and a 32.3″ vertical. He was a teammate of 2019 Viper signee Anthony Solomon.

Lawrance Toafili – RB – Largo (FL) Pinellas Park: Toafili is a 6’1″, 194 lb. prospect with offers from Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Miami, Notre Dame, and Ohio State, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #14 running back, and #148 overall. As a junior in 2018, he ran the ball 129 times for 1,434 yards (11.1 YPC) and 17 touchdowns, along with catching 9 passes for 193 yards and 2 touchdowns.
OFF THE BOARD
Myles Hinton – OT – Norcross (GA) Greater Atlanta Christian: Hinton committed to Stanford. He’s a 5-star, the #2 offensive tackle, and #12 overall. Hinton is the younger brother of 2019 defensive line signee Chris Hinton. Myles’s crystal ball was 100% in favor of Michigan, and I believe he’s a significantly better prospect than Chris, so this is disappointing.
Gavin Williams – RB – Des Moines (IA) Dowling Catholic: Williams committed to Iowa, a long expected development. He’s the #1 player in the state of Iowa and #352 overall in the 2020 class.
MISCELLANEY
KeAndre Lambert – WR – Norfolk (VA) Maury: Lambert named Michigan to his top 11 (LINK).

Rosemy a 5* with a 4.84 40 time?

Yeah, that doesn’t seem right, does it? But that’s his listed 40 time on both ESPN and 247. He doesn’t have his 40 time on his Hudl account. I imagine he’s faster than 4.84, not only because of the recruiting rankings, but because of his film. I’ve got several guys on our high school team who run better than a 4.84, and none of those guys is a 5-star (or a 4-star).
