Nothing like living in the past but hey! Its rivalry week and the Past is what rivals are about. right?
I’m not 1 of those peeps that has ever lived my life with an inherent trust and belief in Authority. Scientific Psychological studies & profiles have shown that almost 50% of ALL of humanity in fact DO live their lives with a Very Strong belief structure based & founded upon an appeal & trust of Some guidance of & to some appeal to Authority and that many more do so to an only somewhat lesser extent.
………Ehh Not Me! Human invented Authority in and of itself has always been seen by me as Meaningless. Not to be disregarded mind you but taken as a ‘necessary Evil to be avoided when possible, exploited if possible and in general viewed with contempt.
So I always get a kik out of people who whine & complain about some Human invented Authoritative structure that let them down because, in general, they were stupid enough to rely & trust said Authority to begin with; that said Authority would actually make a ‘Right’ decision regarding Life’s dealings; instead of trusting in themselves to make their Own Success while also accounting for the inevitable Authoritative ineptitude. HAHA!
So unlike Harbaugh and some of his players who whined like a baby about the refs in the Game last year; I’m from the school that says Michigan failed to win because of their QB essentially throwing 2 pik 6’s and then fumbling the ball at the OSU goal line………. these 3 to’s is what did them in.
This of course then allowed for the ‘unjust’ ref calls that lead to an o’time loss.
We’ve all had bad hands dealt to us from where ever – losers find a way to lose and blame somebody or thing for it……..
And winners find ways to win and make no apology for being a strong & healthy animal!! And also they have no need to thank or bitch about some “Authority” because a winner has in & of himself made his own bed a damn nice place to sleep in.
