I might have been a bit early with my, “Is Brady toast?” question.

Garofalo to the 49ers kind of makes you believe he really can go till he’s 50.

It was all a ploy to get Brian Hoyer back. He’s the heir apparent.

Helluva plan, especially since it comes with a second round pick.

If I could separate what Brady has done for the Pats then I would trade Brady and keep Garoppolo for obvious reasons.

I will hear other people say they would do the same thing. Here is the problem with that mindset which reflects a denial on the part of fans. You can’t separate what Brady has done unless he was clearly on the downside of his performance.

Put yourself in the position of the Pats. Belichick or Kraft or both of them. Can you really trade a guy that helped win you 5 Super Bowls. Get you to 7 of them? There’s no way.

You can talk Montana (injured), or Manning (injured) or Brees (injured) but none of them were traded while they were healthy and still playing well. NONE of them won 5 Super Bowls. 49’ers had an injured Montana and Steve Young.

Thinking you can do something and actually doing something are two different things. Oh, I would have done such and such but no until you are in that position would you clearly know you could do it. I don’t believe any UM fan could have pushed Bo out the door if he has was hanging around as long as Paterno.

Chuckle………Los Angeles Chargers no longer SD; chuckle.

The Qualcomm Quartets moved to LA and I have yet to encounter any1 in SD that really misses them. By ‘them’ I mean The Owner. I’m glad SD refused to be blackmailed by a Pro sports owner and the peeps of SD basically told him to take his ball and find another playground as we’re not going to foot the bill for you to make billions and build you a new 1.

I will miss bumping into Brady tho at California Modern when I’m heading upstairs to have a drink at George’s……….
Ahh Well such is the Process………….INTJohn

Glad to see Taco doing something, he has been receiving a beating down in Dallas for being the flop of the draft.
I recall it took him a bit of time even at Michigan before he started to “get it”
