This post is in response to the listing by Thunder of Slagter’s inquiry (link above) re recruiting offers but I’ll expand on that singular topic and put forth these Q’s-
Does anyone have any idea at to what Harbaugh’s philosophy of recruiting is? Where it originated and how its being applied a U of M?

……..and first let me state that I’m all about Harbaugh being and remaining head coach at Michigan, I think he’s good for Michigan football and good for college football while coaching at Michigan.

………and I’ll also quote Neitzsche here “even the best of compliments delivered from on High when viewed at ground level will appear as insult and malice”…….

So yes while I’m seeking and motivated by what the best Michigan Football can be; I’m also challenging Harbaugh as well as attacking him to do better! Cause right now his best aint been good enough especially when factoring in what the hell he’s being paid$$$…….. and thats what I meant by my post some weex past about ‘declaring War on Harbaugh”.

Its pasttime for him to put up renounce what he’s being paid or resign.

Now I’ll return to my original Q! Does anyone have any idea at to what Harbaugh’s philosophy of recruiting is? Where it originated and how its being applied implemented at U of M?

Any of you including Thunder – since this is intended to be primarily a recruiting blog? Where in the hell can anyone grasp or get hold of what exactly is Harbaugh’s Recruiting philosophy as it relates to Michigan football and Building a Football Team here at Michigan?

Can anyone articulate it; is Harbaugh on record anywhere verbalizing his philosoph y regarding recruitng ? Here at Michigan?
The best players Harbaugh has had so far at Michigan have come from other programs or were recruited by Hoke……..

Lets back up al il bit: Whats Harbz’ recruiting philosophy when he was at Stanford? Its common knowledge that Jimmy Boi bumped heads with Stanford admissions re recruits but Stanford Ad wouldn’t buckle and jimmy had to live with it but the real philosophy of Recruting football players to Stanford did not originate from Jim Harbaugh………
REPEAT!! the real philosophy of Recruting football players to Stanford did not originate from Jim Harbaugh….. but rather it came from David Shaw(his ultimate replacement):
    https://sports.yahoo.com/news/ncaaf–david-shaw-building-stanford-into-a-perennial-power-with-unconventional-recruiting-mandate-044557382.html

In the above link its inferred that Shaw presented his philosophy of recruiting to Harbaugh (being the HC) and quote! “Harbaugh agreed” So obviously the recruitment strategy as implemented at Stanford under Harbaugh did not originate form him but was simply approved by him. David Shaw in fact was ‘The Man” with the concept and vision not Jimmy boi……….

SOOoooo what recruitng strategy If Anything has been implemented at Michigan? And who came up with it since its obvious from past employment at Stanford that Jimmy didn’t come up with any recruiting strategy but merely gave lip service approval?……..

YES! It begs the question resoundly!!?? WHAT the Hell is going on at Michigan recruitng wise under Jim Harbaugh and can anyone articulate his recruiting philosophy based on anything Harbs can be held accountable to by his own verbage outlining a ‘recruiting philosophical strategy’?

I’m not done but rather just getting started………….INTJohn
