Poll: Who should have won the 2015 Heisman Trophy?

December 13, 2015

Alabama running back Derrick Henry won the Heisman on Saturday night, but who do you think was the most outstanding college football player this past season?

Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.

Every time you turned around, Christian McCaffrey was doing something ridiculous by touching the ball in all different ways. He returned kicks/punts, ran the ball, threw the ball, caught the ball, etc., all for a winning team in a Power Five conference. Henry, on the other hand, was a one-trick pony (he caught 10 passes for 97 yards and 0 touchdowns) who was not involved on special teams at all. He had a great year and dominated the SEC on the ground, but football is about more than just one phase of the game.

True dat….it’s not who will be a better NFL RB….it’s who was the best player in college. McCaffrey all the way.

Personally I don’t think it was close who the Heisman was and to me it was henry who carried his team he was the one guy defense have to worry about stopping and they couldn’t. ..as great a McCaffrey was he does have a pretty good qb in hogan who help them to win game this year mcaffrey more versatile but henry the better rb and he deserve the Heisman n not to mantion there’s not much D in thr pac-12.

You’re also talking about an Alabama team that has lots of talent at a lot of positions. Stanford is a good team and has had some good recruiting, but they’re not on par with Alabama.
