Former Michigan Athlete of the Week: Steve Breaston

In the Arizona Cardinals’ overtime victory against the Green Bay Packers, Breaston caught 7 passes for 125 yards and a touchdown, to go along with one carry for 28 yards.

Honorable mention: On the opposite side of the ball, Packers cornerback Charles Woodson made 6 tackles, broke up one pass, and forced a fumble. Unfortunately, his team fell to the Cardinals, 51-45.

Former Michigan Athlete of the Week: Tom Brady

Nobody really had a great game this past weekend, but Tom Brady was the best, I guess. He completed 25/37 passes for 332 yards, 1 TD, and 1 interception. The Patriots beat Chad Henne and the Miami Dolphins, 27-17.

Honorable mention: In a 41-21 victory over the Chicago Bears, Steve Breaston had 5 catches for 66 yards and 1 TD. He also had a 25-yard rushing attempt.
