COMMITMENT

Columbus (OH) Northland wide receiver Kalil Branham committed to Michigan (LINK).

Belleville (MI) Belleville cornerback Andre Seldon, Jr. committed to Michigan (LINK).

ADDED TO THE BOARD: 2020

Jaheim Bell – WR – Valdosta (GA) Valdosta: Bell is a 6’3″, 204 lb. prospect with offers from Marshall and Virginia Tech. He’s a 3-star, the #39 athlete, and #464 overall. He’s a player who could be a receiver, safety, or linebacker at the next level.

Lavon Bunkley-Shelton – WR – Gardena (CA) Junipero Serra: Also known as “L.V.,” Bunkley-Shelton is a 5’11”, 168-pounder with offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Florida, and Oregon, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #36 wide receiver, and #205 overall. He could also play cornerback in college. USC has not offered, but all Junipero Serra kids with USC offers go to USC, so you should probably forget about him when the Trojans extend an offer.

Michael Drennen II – RB – Dublin (OH) Coffman: Drennen is a 5’11”, 190 lb. prospect with offers from Cincinnati, Indiana, Kentucky, and Louisville, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #16 running back, and #159 overall. He was offered after camping at Michigan early last week. Michigan should be in pretty good shape unless Ohio State comes calling, which is a strong possibility.

Hit the jump for a bunch more new offers.

Brandon Fields – RB – Orlando (FL) Dr. Phillips: Fields is a 5’11”, 195 lb. prospect with offers from Florida, Ohio State, UCLA, and Virginia Tech, among others. He’s a 3-star, the #57 running back, and #619 overall. I’m not fond of the name, since it makes me think of the Michigan State kicker.

Anton Harrison – OT – Washington (DC) Archbishop Carroll: Harrison is a 6’5″, 315-pounder with offers from Maryland, Michigan, Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Penn State, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #15 offensive tackle, and #119 overall.

Carson Lee – C – Englewood (CO) Cherry Creek: Lee is a 6’4″, 300 lb. prospect with offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, and Utah, among others. He’s a 3-star, the #24 offensive guard, and #578 overall. Despite being ranked as a guard, Michigan is reportedly looking at him to play center.

Johnquai Lewis – WR – Hialeah (FL) Champagnat: Lewis is a 6’0″, 150-pounder with offers from Indiana, Louisville, Nebraska, and Pitt, along with a couple of the lesser in-state schools. He’s a 3-star, the #91 wide receiver, and #497 overall. He’s got some shake to him, as well as some showboat.

Tirek Murphy, Jr. – RB – Middle Village (NY) Christ the King: Murphy is a 6’1″, 205 lb. prospect with offers from Arizona State, Pitt, and South Carolina, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #30 running back, and #292 overall.

Andrew Raym – OT – Broken Arrow (OK) Broken Arrow: Raym is a 6’4″, 275-pounder with offers from Alabama, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #8 offensive tackle, and #69 overall. He has a pretty darn good highlight film and could play numerous positions on the offensive line.

Mark Redman – TE – Newport Beach (CA) Corona del Mar: Redman is a 6’6″, 250 lb. prospect with offers from Arizona, Arizona State, and UCLA, among others. He’s a 247 Sports 3-star, the #16 tight end, and #592 overall. I wonder if he might outgrow the tight end position and turn into an offensive tackle, although he’s not as adept of a blocker as, say, Ryan Hayes. UCLA is a likely landing spot for him.

James Shellman IV – WR – Savannah (GA) Islands: Shellman is a 6’1″, 185-pounder. There’s not a ton of information about him out there yet, and he’s not as explosive as a lot of the other wide receiver types Michigan has been offering. He’s built more like a running back or safety.

Bryce Steele – WR – Alexandria (VA) Episcopal: Steele is a 6’1″, 195 lb. prospect with offers from FIU and North Carolina. He attends the alma mater of Michigan redshirt freshman defensive end Luiji Vilain.

Ian Stewart – WR – Rockwood (MI) Carlson: Stewart is a 6’3″, 200-pounder with offers from Cincinnati, Indiana, and Syracuse, among others. He’s a 3-star, the #60 wide receiver, and #319 overall. That would make him a 4-star recruit if the stays at #319 throughout the cycle. Stewart earned his offer after camping at Michigan last week. He could project to wideout, safety, or outside linebacker at the next level.

Lukas Ungar – TE – Morristown (NJ) Delbarton: Ungar is a 6’4″, 215 lb. prospect with offers from Maryland, North Carolina, Rutgers, and West Virginia, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #4 tight end, and #216 overall. As a sophomore in 2017, he caught 25 passes for 442 yards and 4 touchdowns. It’s hard not to get excited about seeing a tight end like this in a Michigan uniform, although he’ll certainly have a lot of suitors by the time his recruitment is finished.

Darnell Washington – TE – Las Vegas (NV) Desert Pines: Washington is a 6’7″, 238 lb. prospect with offers from Alabama, Auburn, Oklahoma, Oregon, UCLA, and USC, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #3 strongside end, and #64 overall. Michigan reportedly offered him as  tight end, but he could also be a dominant strongside end at the next level.

Devell Washington – WR – Bay City (MI) Central: Washington is a 6’4″, 200-pounder with offers from Ohio State and then a handful of MAC programs. He’s a 247 Sports 3-star, the #76 wide receiver, and #393 overall. He’s a big, strong, fast wideout who should receive a lot more recruiting attention in the near future.

Gavin Williams – RB – Des Moines (IA) Southeast Polk: Williams is a 6’1″, 195 lb. prospect with offers from Iowa, Iowa State, and Nebraska, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #31 running back, and #293 overall. As a sophomore in 2017, he ran 154 times for 732 yards and 12 touchdowns; he also caught 20 passes for 421 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Michael Wyman – WR – Greensboro (NC) Dudley: Wyman is a 6’4″, 195-pounder with offers from Florida, Maryland, and North Carolina, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #29 wide receiver, and #163 overall.
