Fort Lauderdale (FL) University School linebacker Emile Aime was offered by Michigan. He’s a 5’10”, 190 lb. prospect with offers from Louisville and Syracuse. He’s rated as an inside linebacker, so it will be interesting to see how his body develops, considering he’s so short and light at this point.
Detroit (MI) Cass Tech center Raheem Anderson II was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’3″, 288 lb. prospect with offers from Iowa State and Toledo. Anderson was a starter on Cass Tech’s team as a freshman in 2017, and he’s currently the only Cass Tech player with an offer from the Wolverines. Michigan has yet to offer any 2019 or 2020 prospects from a school that has been considered a pipeline to Ann Arbor.
Chicago (IL) Phillips defensive tackle Dominic Bass was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’4″, 250-pounder with offers from Iowa State and Purdue, among others. Michigan also offered his 2019 teammate, tight end Jahleel Billingsley.
Hit the jump for several more new offers in the 2021 class.
Carrollton (GA) Carrollton linebacker Chaz Chambliss was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’3″, 220 lb. prospect with offers from Georgia, Georgia Tech, Ohio State, South Carolina, and Tennessee, among others. He might grow into a weakside end by the time he finishes maturing.
Fort Washington (MD) National Christian Academy defensive end Monkell Goodwine was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’3″, 230 lb. prospect with offers from Maryland, Pitt, and Temple. Michigan has offered several players from NCA, including 2019 offensive tackle Will Harrod.
Leesburg (GA) Lee County linebacker Baron Hopson was offered by Michigan. He’s a 5’11”, 200-pounder, and this is his first offer. Lee County is the same school as former Michigan commit Otis Reese, who flipped to Georgia on National Signing Day.
Waukesha (WI) Catholic Memorial defensive end J.C. Latham was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’6″, 233 lb. prospect with offers from Iowa, Iowa State, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. The Badgers have all three of the Crystal Ball picks right now.
Philadelphia (PA) St. Joseph’s quarterback Kyle McCord was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’3″, 195 lb. signal-caller with offers from Boston College, Central Michigan, and Temple. McCord was a JV player and backup as a freshman, but he is expected to be the varsity starter as a sophomore. He attends the alma mater of current Michigan offensive lineman Jon Runyan, Jr., and he has attended two of the Aerial Assault camps in Ann Arbor, so he is very familiar with the Wolverines.
Buford (GA) Buford quarterback Aaron McLaughlin was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’4″, 205 lb. prospect with offers from Arkansas, Florida State, Ole Miss, Texas A&M, and UCLA, among others. He’s a teammate of 2018 Michigan running back signee Christian Turner.

All the Cass Tech boys’ eyes glaze over when they talk about Anderson. Then they all get really happy. Makes me laugh.

Good thing McLaughlin delivers it quickly because it sure comes out low. He’s going to get an opportunity to catch more than a couple, batted back his way at the next level.

I was thinking the same thing when I first watched his film. Well, not about him catching his own passes, but about his low delivery.
