Here’s my third stab at projecting the 2018 depth chart. Based on the current roster, below is the depth chart Michigan could roll out next September.

HIGH SCHOOL
Hill attended Detroit (MI) Crockett as a part of the class of 2013. He only reported offers from Central Michigan and Michigan, and naturally he signed with the Wolverines after committing in February of 2012 (LINK). He was a 247 Composite 3-star, the #25 tight end, #13 in the state of Michigan, and #670 overall. I gave him a TTB Rating of 60 (LINK).

Cornelius (NC) Hough cornerback Jalen Frazier was offered by Michigan. He’s a 5’10”, 170 lb. prospect with offers from Duke, Minnesota, and West Virginia, among others. He’s a 3-star, the #101 cornerback, and #1082 overall.
Atlanta (GA) Marist safety Kyle Hamilton was offered by Michigan. He’s a 6’3″, 188 lb. prospect with offers from Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Notre Dame, and Ohio State, among others. He’s a 3-star, the #82 safety, and #1131 overall. As a junior in 2017, he had 60 tackles, 6 interceptions, and 8 pass breakups.
Pittsburgh (PA) Penn Hills cornerback Daequan Hardy was offered by Michigan. He’s a 5’10”, 180-pounder with offers from Army and Toledo.

Lance Dixon – LB – West Bloomfield (MI) West Bloomfield: Dixon is a 6’3″, 195 lb. prospect with offers from Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and Penn State, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #17 outside linebacker, and #278 overall. Right now his Crystal Ball is 83% in favor of MSU and 17% for Michigan.
Tre Mosley – WR – West Bloomfield (MI) West Bloomfield: Mosley is a 6’2″, 175 lb. prospect with offers from Boston College, Indiana, Michigan, and Minnesota, among others. He’s a 247 Sports 3-star, the #76 wide receiver, and #562 overall. He’s a teammate of Dixon (see above).
Kalel Mullings – LB – Boston (MA) Milton Academy: Mullings is a 6’2″, 215 lb. prospect with offers from Boston College, Maryland, Michigan, and UCLA, among others. He’s a 247 Sports 4-star, the #4 outside linebacker, and #30 overall. It’s very early in the process, but it looks like Michigan leads early. He visited Ann Arbor for the Ohio State game last fall.
Makari Paige – S – West Bloomfield (MI) West Bloomfield: Paige is a 6’3″, 182 lb. prospect with offers from Boston College, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Minnesota, among others. He has four Crystal Ball predictions, all for Michigan.
Cornell Wheeler – LB – West Bloomfield (MI) West Bloomfield: Wheeler is a 6’1″, 220 lb. prospect with offers from Michigan, Syracuse, and Toledo.
