You probably already know about Vincent Smith’s EATING project that helps to cleanup city lots and plant sustainable gardens.
He’ll be in Flint this Saturday at 911 Cottage Grove at noon, and I’ll be there to checkout and support his program.
The site is nestled between downtown, Kettering University, and Hurley Hospital – right next to one of the few public elementary schools Flint has left. This neighborhood has a lot of potential but also needs a boost. Please come out and lend a helping hand if you live in the area.
