Running back/slot receiver Justice Hayes

My maiden voyage at Maize ‘n’ Brew has been posted.  It’s a breakdown of how Michigan should use its remaining 7 scholarships for the 2011 recruiting class.

Take a gander over there if you’re interested.

Glad to finally have someone like you at MaizeNBrew. They really needed someone who knows recruiting.

PS-If JH becomes our next coach, is there any chance he can reach out to instate recruits who grew up as Michigan fans AKA… Zettel, Lawrence Thomas or Arnett?

    Thanks.

I think Lawrence Thomas is gone to MSU regardless.

Zettel and Arnett might be able to be reeled in, but it's unlikely. If Zettel cared who the new coach might be, then I think he would have waited another week or so before committing to PSU. Arnett was concerned about the spread offense and being able to get the ball, but if Harbaugh comes and doesn't have a QB to run his offense, then Arnett won't be in a much better situation.

In order of most to least likely, I'd say it's Zettel, Arnett, then Thomas.

As long as the slightly attractive Michigan girls aren't hanging out at Maize-n-Brew, it's not cheating.

If JH is coach, Denard may flee, but Gardner probably won't. DG could be successful in Harbaugh's system and Arnett's camp seemed to be fans of him.

Good writeup, especially if RR is retained. The timing for it is a little odd since our recruiting priorities and needs may be dramatically altered over the next few weeks.

I'm actually glad to have the Hart drama behind us. I always doubted he'd leave SEC country and was surprised by his commitment.

Yeah, I know the timing was a bit odd. However, the guys at Maize 'n' Brew had some technical issues and couldn't get me authorized to post for a week or two. The timing of it just kind of happened to be bad now that Rodriguez might be gone in the next day or so, but oh well. Things are always a-changin'.
