The NFLPA Collegiate Bowl will be played on Saturday, January 21, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. Michigan linebacker Marell Evans will be participating, despite being ineligible this past season after transferring back to Michigan from Hampton.

That's strange. I read that 50 or so NFL scouts would be at the Casino Del Sol contest. I bet that a few end up attending or at least watching the tape. Should be fun for Evans either way since he was ineligible last year.

It's because there are draft-eligible juniors playing in the game. NFL scouts are not permitted to interact with draft-eligible juniors.

No problem. I used to want to be an agent so I know the rules pretty well. I thought this was going to be an issue when they first announced the bowl and it turned out to be right.
