I really like this kid, he tries real hard to stay low on just about every snap, which can’t be easy for such a big guy playing against high school kids. I also think he’s going to catch some balls for us here and there.
Watching Hayes play makes me wish someone would have talked Pat Massey into playing tackle, I think he might still be playing today.
In retrospect, it might not have hurt us a bit had Pierre Woods got those 5 tech snaps.
I agree on Hayes. The ability to bend is missed by a lot of people when evaluating offensive linemen. He looks a lot like Jake Fisher to me, but Hayes is taller.
