Thunder, do you think Illinois is really this bad? I might be stuck in the 90's or early 00's, but I'd like to think that even the worst big 10 team (except maybe Indiana) is better than 110.

They might end up with the 110th-best record, but they're not the 110th-best team, in my opinion. If they played all 122 other teams (or however many there are now) in FBS, I think they would beat more than the bottom 12.
