Do punters have to go through all the strenuous conditioning, sprints etc that are not weight room related? Same with the FG kicker? I mean you dont want them pulling a muscle or groin because your actually treating them like a true football player.
Hagerup is one of the hardest weight room workers on the team, according to a strength coach I know. I think he said he can do 20 reps at 225,which would be pretty good for an OL. Gibbons works pretty hard, too.
