Jalil Martin – WR – Chicago (IL) Kenwood: Martin is a 6’3″, 190 lb. prospect with offers from Illinois, Missouri, Tennessee, and Texas A&M, among others. He’s a 3-star and the #146 athlete in the class, according to 247 Sports.
Justyn Martin – QB – Inglewood (CA) Inglewood: Martin is a 6’4″, 215-pounder who has been committed to Cal since January. He recently picked up an offer from Michigan and is a 4-star, the #20 quarterback, and #269 overall. This is an unofficial visit.
Jeremy Patton – LB – Tenaha (TX) Tenaha: Patton is a 6’1″, 210 lb. prospect with offers from Baylor, Michigan, Oklahoma, Texas, and Texas Tech, among others. He’s a 3-star, the #42 outside linebacker, and #660 overall. Patton is listed as a wide receiver in some places, but he’s more likely to end up on the defensive side of the ball. As a junior in 2020, he ran 103 times for 1,008 yards and 20 touchdowns; caught 15 passes for 362 yards and 4 touchdowns; and made 120 tackles, 6 forced fumbles, 2 interceptions, and 2 defensive touchdowns. He’s a 4-star, the #1 linebacker, and #27 overall to 247 Sports. Michigan has not offered prior to the visit, but the expectation is that they will offer when he’s in town.
Cooper Flanagan – TE – Concord (CA) De La Salle: Flanagan is a 6’5″, 228 lb. prospect with offers from Cal, Michigan, and Washington, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #7 tight end, and #134 overall to 247 Sports.
Amir Herring – OG – West Bloomfield (MI) West Bloomfield: Herring is a 280 lb. offensive guard with offers from Arizona State, Michigan, and Penn State, among others. He’s a 4-star, the #4 interior offensive lineman, and #110 overall. All five crystal ball picks are for Michigan.
