Nightly Roundup: April 3, 2019

Mike Sainristil (image via USA Today)

There’s some pretty serious hype about Mike Sainristil (LINK).

Donovan Peoples-Jones and Michael Dwumfour are both injured (LINK). That’s not good. Peoples-Jones is a potential star, and Dwumfour plays a spot where there’s not much experience or depth.

Michigan is losing analyst Tanner Engstrand to Pep Hamilton’s XFL staff (LINK).

Via Bleacher Report, here’s a look through the eyes of Clemson wide receiver Justyn Ross on the draw of playing in the XFL instead of the NCAA (LINK).

Nightly Roundup: April 2, 2019

I posted a rundown of Jim Harbaugh’s depth chart (LINK).

The AAF suspended all operations (LINK). I guess that means De’Veon Smith’s run of FMAOTW awards probably won’t be revived, at least not anytime soon (LINK).

Chris Hummer put together a pretty solid article on new offensive coordinator Josh Gattis (LINK).

  • Ty Isaac, RB (Birmingham Iron): Isaac was a scratch.
  • Denard Robinson, RB (Atlanta Legends): Robinson had 1 carry for 1 yard in a 17-9 loss to the Birmingham Iron.

Ed Warinner

I apologize for the lack of posts lately. I’ve been extremely busy, and there just hasn’t been enough time in the day to get everything done. Thanks for your patience!

Aaron McMann writes a “No Huddle? No Problem” post focused on Ed Warinner (LINK).

Former Michigan preferred walk-on commit Zonterio Weekley is headed to WMU as a PWO instead (LINK). Here’s a list of Michigan’s preferred walk-ons for 2019 (LINK).

Here’s the offensive line two-deep right now (LINK).
