Former Michigan Athlete of the Week: Donovan Peoples-Jones

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones had the best day of his young career with a 3-catch, 92-yard, 1-touchdown performance in a 41-35 win over the Tennessee Titans. That one touchdown was on a beautiful double move that got him loose for a 75-yarder.

HONORABLE MENTION

  • S Jabrill Peppers (New York Giants): Peppers made 5 tackles and 1 sack in a 17-12 win over the Seattle Seahawks. For the sack, he knocked running back Chris Carson his keister before taking down Russell Wilson.
  • OLB Chase Winovich (New England Patriots): Winovich made his 1st career interception and finished with 3 tackles and the 1 pick in a 45-0 win over the Los Angeles Chargers.
