Former Michigan Athlete of the Week: Frank Clark

Frank Clark

Thanks to je93 for the generous donation via Paypal! I appreciate the contribution despite the self-imposed trip to purgatory.

Kansas City Chiefs defensive end Frank Clark is a pretty fun player to watch if you like pass rushers. On Monday night against the Los Angeles Chargers, he made 5 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, 1 sack, 1 forced fumble, 1 pass breakup, and 5 quarterback hurries, one of which resulted in an interception.

Brandon Graham

Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Brandon Graham had a career day on Sunday. It helped that he was facing a terrible New York Jets offense. Graham made 6 tackles, 3 sacks, and 5 total hits on the quarterback in the 31-6 victory.

Here’s some video, but keep in mind that the Tweeter (Fran Duffy, whoever that is) is inaccurate with his comments. Just enjoy the moving pictures:

A big thanks to Scott for the very generous donation yesterday! If you want to help out the website, please consider donating via Paypal:

Pittsburgh Steelers rookie linebacker Devin Bush, Jr. made a big impact on the flow of the game on Sunday afternoon, making 11 tackles and 2 fumble recoveries. Unfortunately for him, the Steelers lost to the San Francisco 49ers by a score of 24-20. I saw a tweet saying that his 3 fumble recoveries are the most for a Steeler since 2008 . . . when former Wolverine LaMarr Woodley had 4.
