Reece Atteberry, Wolverine

Aurora (CO) Eaglecrest offensive lineman Reece Atteberry committed to Michigan on Sunday evening. He picked the Wolverines over offers from Colorado, Colorado State, Miami, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Penn State, and USC, among others.

Atteberry is listed at 6’5″ and 280 lbs. He claims a 5.24 forty, a 5.84 shuttle, and a 22″ vertical.

Most of this week’s recruiting update is guys who committed elsewhere, but the visitors list is much more indicative of how Michigan’s recruiting right now. Here’s the list: LINK.

Williamstown (NJ) Williamstown defensive end Aaron Lewis, Jr. committed to Michigan (LINK).

Brooklyn (NY) Erasmus Hall linebacker William Mohan committed to Michigan (LINK).

Oradell (NJ) Bergen Catholic safety Jordan Morant committed to Michigan (LINK).

ADDED TO THE BOARD: 2020

Jeffrey M’ba – DT – Oakdale (CT) St. Thomas More: M’ba decommitted from Virginia. He’s a 6’6″, 315-pounder who emigrated from France. He’s a 4-star, the #28 defensive tackle, and #320 overall with offers from Florida, Ohio State, and Penn State, among others.

Jordan Morant, Wolverine

Oradell (NJ) Bergen Catholic safety Jordan Morant publicly committed to Michigan on Sunday. He chose the Wolverines over offers from Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State, and Penn State, among others.

Morant is listed at 5’11” and 212 lbs., and he runs a 4.69 forty. As a junior in 2018, he made 36 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, and 3 pass breakups.

Williamstown (NJ) Williamstown defensive end Aaron Lewis, Jr., committed to Michigan on Sunday after an official visit. He flipped from West Virginia and also has offers from Miami, Ohio State, Penn State, Pitt, Rutgers, Tennessee, and Texas A&M, among others.

Lewis stands 6’5″ and 235 lbs. As a junior in 2018, he made 102 tackles, 25 tackles for loss, and 6 sacks.
